Our goal is to develop high-quality digital products and services.
OWNLY FinTech GmbH (formerly W&Z FinTech GmbH) was founded in the summer of 2015 as a subsidiary of M.M.Warburg & CO (AG & Co.) Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien in Hamburg. As of February 2023, co-founder Dr. Nicholas Ziegert has acquired the majority shares from Warburg Bank. As of this date, the company will be renamed OWNLY FinTech GmbH.
Our company started with a mission to reinterpret established private banking and family office services through digital technologies and make them accessible to a wider audience.
Our products
Following the launch of the OWNLY App in summer 2016, in 2019 we developed OWNLY Family, a web application with which family assets can be digitally managed along the lines of professional family offices. In the future, the product offering will be expanded and supplemented with an application for professional asset managers.
Our goal
The aim is to develop high-quality digital products and services. In spring 2019, we were one of the first FinTechs in Germany to receive the confirmation letter from BaFin and are now officially a registered account information service.
Data protection comes first
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. These are encrypted and cannot be viewed by us or third parties. The storage takes place on a central, separate German server in Hesse. We also use a German server provider for aggregation and analysis.
